Are you an experienced HR or Admin professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting staff?
We're working on behalf of a well-respected Multi-Academy Trust to recruit a capable HR Administrator to join their busy and supportive team.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in the smooth running of HR operations in a school setting. You’ll provide essential administrative support across areas such as recruitment, payroll, staff records, and compliance.
Main duties include:
Processing staff starters, leavers, contracts, and employment changes.
Creating offer letters and employment documentation.
Maintaining accurate electronic and paper personnel files in line with GDPR.
Supporting payroll processes and liaising with external payroll providers.
Administering pensions (NEST and LGPS) and managing relevant documentation.
Assisting with audits, annual leave tracking, and ad hoc HR tasks.
Supporting senior HR staff and school leaders with data and reporting.
What We're Looking For
Previous HR or administrative experience – education sector preferred.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
Confident IT user – comfortable with management systems, Excel, email, and digital filing.
Strong written and verbal communication.
A flexible, professional approach and team spirit.
