Duties as Admin Receptionist: Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, parents, and staff Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries efficiently Maintain accurate records using the Arbour system Support internal projects and assist with administrative tasks as required Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed for all visitors Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy Ideal Admin Receptionist: Previous experience in a school office or similar environment Proficiency in using Arbour or similar school management systems Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check or have one registered on the Update Service Why Step Teachers?
