About the role
The Digital Services Team is responsible for leading a wide range of operational and business processes across our UK and ROI digital platforms, ensuring effective operation, value delivery, and enhancement of colleague & customer experience. We have a new fixed-term role to lead our Content Systems Support Team within the Digital Services Business Team. You will shape daily operations and support the CMS & content governance elements of our digital transformation for our operations team.
Key responsibilities
1. Team development and leadership: Develop a team of subject matter experts for content management systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective use of digital tools.
2. First-Line System Support: Act as the first contact for application issues, diagnose challenges, and escalate complex issues to the Digital Implementation team.
3. CMS Lead for Digital Transformation: Lead our Digital Transformation project, collaborate across teams, shape and implement new content management tools, and deliver training and guidance.
4. Data Governance & Access Management: Design and oversee data governance frameworks, collaborating with data stewards and owners.
5. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement through coaching and system/process enhancements, aligning with digital strategy.
6. Shape the Content Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement content strategies that enhance user experience and add value.

2. Experienced Leader: Proven leadership experience managing expectations across diverse teams and levels.
3. CMS Expert: In-depth experience with content management systems, solving complex problems for optimal use.
4. Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to analyze and identify opportunities, balancing user needs with product roadmaps.
5. Confident Deliverer: Outcome-focused, proactive, and able to escalate issues to ensure results.
6. Team Player with Leadership Mindset: Ownership of your area while supporting broader team success.
