We have an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to secure a permanent position - our client is looking for a full-time HGV Class 2 (Cat C) driver. This position is with an immediate start and is working for a family run Timber company, based North of Ripon. This is a Temp – Perm position, you will be working though Driver Hire on a 12 week period before transferring over to our Client. The role will involve: Local and regional deliveries Manual handling/loading and unloading timber products Overnight runs where required Customer-facing deliveries Supporting general warehouse/yard operations when required The role offers: Full-time permanent position Mon-Fri (no weekends or night driving) Family business environment celebrating 70 years next year Stable long-term opportunity Well-maintained vehicles and equipment Role requirements: - Full LGV C (Class 2) licence A valid Driver CPC A valid Digital Tachograph Card Must be reliable, with excellent timekeeping Good communication skills A flexible approach to work with a positive and professional attitude.
