Paralegal – AML/KYC
Konexo Legal Resourcing is currently experiencing a notable rise in demand for interim Paralegals to support our in-house clients through long-term contracts, including several of the UK’s largest FTSE100 organisations.
We are keen to speak to qualified Paralegals who are Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Client (KYC) specialists, with previous experience working in a law firm.
What you should have:
* Previous AML/KYC, client onboarding, compliance, or financial crime experience gained within a law firm is essential.
* Experience managing the AML/KYC activity across the full client and matter lifecycle, including client onboarding, matter inception, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, periodic reviews, recertification, and remediation.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a creative and innovative manner.
* Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk.
* Can travel to the Manchester or London office 3 to 4 times per week.
