Overview
We are looking for a highly effective administrator with an interest in the performing arts to join our flagship Performing Arts Faculty from 1st September. The role supports the Head of Performing Arts in coordinating peripatetic music teachers and organising events, shows and trips.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate peripatetic music teachers.
* Assist with the organisation of events, shows and trips.
* Manage daily administrative tasks for the Performing Arts Faculty.
* Maintain effective communication with staff, pupils and external partners.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and IT skills.
* Excellent organisational and communication ability.
* Experience in a similar role or in the performing arts sector a plus.
