The package for the Fire Risk Assessor
* Basic Salary: £45,000 – £60,000
* Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance
* 26 days holiday + bank holidays
* Home-based role covering Surrey or London
* Work across Offices, Residential, Education and Public Sector sites
Responsibilities as a Fire Risk Assessor
* Undertake Fire Risk Assessments across London, Surrey and surrounding regions
* Use approved FRA software to produce detailed, accurate reports to the highest standard
* Ensure all building fire risks are identified, recorded and communicated clearly
* Submit reports to the back-office team and maintain strong communication regarding remedial recommendations
* Work collaboratively with the wider compliance team to support clients in maintaining safe and compliant premises
* Opportunity for further development in Fire Door Inspection and Fire Stopping/Compartmentation Inspection, enabling a broader survey offering
Requirements as a Fire Risk Assessor
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a qualified Fire Risk Assessor
* Fully conversant with PAS 79 methodology
* Full UK driving licence
* Proactive, self-motivated and professional
* Strong communication skills
