The post is available on a flexible hybrid basis. The minimum on-site time is 3 days/week for a full-time post.
About the Role
The post is funded for 4 years and is based in the Department of Experimental Psychology, Life and Mind Building. The post is full time; however, consideration would be given to candidates wishing to work part‑time (minimum 80% FTE) on a pro rata basis.
The post will involve supporting all aspects of the project including translation and cultural adaptation of the platform, working in collaboration with international colleagues and technical partners, developing materials to support the application of the platform across settings, supporting coordinated research activities across settings (including lived experience involvement).
Responsibilities & Qualifications
You will have a first degree in psychology, together with some relevant experience. Demonstrable, relevant experience in clinical research (using quantitative and/or qualitative methodology) or clinical skills in working with as well as collecting data from children and/or parents/caregivers is essential.
You will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to write text that can be published, present data at conferences, represent the research group at meetings, and promote effective collaboration across international settings. Experience / knowledge of child anxiety measures and intervention and clinical trial methodology would be desirable.
