Shift Pattern
* Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights)
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
* Perform both reactive and planned maintenance
* Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities
* Work closely with production to meet performance goals
* Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
* Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
* Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork
What We’re Looking For
* Time‑served or apprenticeship‑trained engineer
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
* Strong electrical skillset
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* A positive, proactive mindset and a team player
* Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward‑thinking engineering department
