Lung Nodule Pathway Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Lung Nodule Pathway Coordinator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare, organise and facilitate the Lung Enhanced & Nodule Pathway MDT meeting ensuring all relevant information is available for discussion.
* Set up and participate in MS Teams MDT and record all outcomes.
* Work independently within broad procedural guidelines and without direct supervision.
* Provide administrative support for the multidisciplinary teams and the Lung Nodule Pathway MDT.
* Track patients on the enhanced cancer pathway proactively through the appropriate patient pathway from point of entry.
Salary: £28,392 to £31,157 a year, pro rata plus a 5% High Cost Area Supplement (subject to a minimum payment of £1,346 and a maximum payment of £2,270 per annum).
Qualifications / Training
* Educated to minimum GCSE level or equivalent.
Previous Experience
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines involving high volumes of data within strict timeframes.
* Experience working within the NHS and managing patient pathways, including cancer pathways.
* Proven use of MS Office packages and Trust Packages (Lorenzo, ERS, iCris).
* Strong understanding of Cancer Pathways and Guidelines.
* Experience working within a healthcare environment and with healthcare professionals.
* Ability to understand complex and sensitive information.
