Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager located in Kingston upon Hull, England Metropolitan Area, with some work from home acceptable. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the CRM strategy to improve customer targeting and insights. Daily tasks include overseeing CRM processes, analyzing customer data, segmenting the market, managing CRM projects, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The CRM Manager will also ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through effective communication and project management.
Qualifications
* Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and trends
* Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction
* Experience in sales and market segmentation
* Proficiency in project management
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
* Experience with CRM software and tools is a plus
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
