You’ll use visual supports and routines, break learning into manageable chunks, and run short, evidence-informed interventions in literacy, numeracy and social–emotional skills. You’ll record observations, note quick progress, and feed into simple plans so next steps are clear. Who you are: A psychology (or related) graduate who’s organised, reflective, and clear in your communication. You’re comfortable following support plans, can build trust quickly, and keep sessions calm, purposeful and child-centred.
