Implement Planning In The Moment for 0-5 year olds. Manage daily routine, ensuring that all children are supervised and engaged in age-appropriate play and learning experiences. Communicate e?ectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support children's learning journeys. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and development.
