In this role you will:
* Support and improve manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across production
* Analyse process and product performance using data and engineering tools to identify improvement opportunities
* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, driving measurable operational gains
* Carry out root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
* Identify risks to processes or equipment and implement proactive solutions
* Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and technical teams to optimise performance
* Support the introduction, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and processes
* Contribute to the design and development of new or improved manufacturing systems
You’ll bring:
* Experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing environment
* A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and process optimisation
* The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and drive improvements
* A proactive, problem‑solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally
* An engineering qualification (HND, degree or equivalent experience)
* Experience with validation, process control or engineering tools (desirable)
