* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members as required.
* Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
* Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
