This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering an inspiring vision - 1,000 brand-new homes across the county borough by 2033.

Required Skills and Experience
* Relevant Level 4, 5 or 6 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
* The ability to make sound financial and technical decisions on a day to day basis.
* Experience of managing contracts.
* Full UK Category B driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes to travel throughout the borough and beyond to attend meetings with consultants / developers and visit sites.
