Location: Jesmond & Chester-le-Street
Full-time (36.5 hours), Part-time considered
Salary: £35,000 £45,000 FTE

With a growing portfolio of diverse clients, my client is looking for two experienced and motivated individuals to join their Tax Advisory team. Youll be involved in delivering tailored tax solutions across a range of personal and business tax matters, either independently or as part of a collaborative team.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Work on a variety of bespoke tax advisory projects
* Collaborate with team members and other departments
* Provide expert guidance while balancing client needs and business objectives
* Maintain and build strong client relationships
* Contribute to business development initiatives and marketing strategies
* Stay informed on tax legislation and continue to develop your technical and soft skills
* Help drive a culture of learning, development, and high performance
What Were Looking For:
* CTA qualified or qualified by experience (minimum 3 years advising clients)
* PQE desirable, but not essential
* Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
* Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
* Proven ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations
* Comfortable identifying opportunities to support both client success and business growth
