Receptionist / Sales Administrator, Craigavon, Competitive Salary
Blackfox are currently working alongside a successful supplier based in Craigavon who are seeking a new Receptionist/Sales Administrator.
Responsibilities
* Review and manage dispatched sales paperwork and margin on customer invoices.
* Issuing packaging invoices to customers.
* Maintaining all dispatch paperwork.
* Handle calls from customers giving advice on stock availability, prices, and delivery.
* Sales order processing and liaison with sales reps, stock controller and warehouse staff.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to accuracy and detail
