Estimator - a leading contractor specialising in utilities, civil engineering and flood defence works is searching for an Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator to join a successful contractor delivering projects for high-profile clients ranging from £2m - £10m.

The Package
- Basic salary of £52,500 - £57,500 (Nego DOE)
- Company car or car allowance (up to £5,000 per annum)
- 34 days' annual leave (including stats)
- Company pension scheme (5%)
- Bonus scheme paid twice a year
- Private health insurance (Bupa)
Key Duties:
- Key member of the Pre Construction team
- Using Microsoft Excel and other estimating software
- Appraisal of tender documents and sub-contractor quotes
- Tendering projects up to £10m
Requirements:
- Experience interpreting all tender documents completing costings
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Experience working in civils and utilities sector
- Experience working as an Estimator
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as an Estimator delivering civils and utilities projects ranging from £1m+.
