We’re looking for confident, reliable cover supervisors who are ready to work full time across local secondary schools. If you enjoy variety, love keeping a classroom ticking along, and want to build real experience in education, this is a great way to do it.
What you’ll be doing
1. Leading classes in the teacher’s absence
2. Keeping lessons running smoothly with provided work
3. Building rapport with students and supporting positive behaviour
4. Adapting quickly to different classrooms and school environments
5. Bringing energy and calm when it’s needed most
