Asset Management Project Manager Hybrid - 2 days office / 2 days home (flexible) | Full or Part Time Considered Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an experienced Asset Management Project Manager to lead a major investment programme across housing stock. After years of limited capital works, the organisation are launching significant improvements-including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and energy efficiency upgrades-and need someone who can drive this transformation. You will oversee stock condition surveys, manage data quality, and develop both a 30-year investment strategy and a deliverable 5-year capital plan. The role requires excellent project management, strong technical knowledge of property components, and extensive experience procuring and managing large-value contracts. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Manager but will lead the end-to-end programme, ensuring compliance with housing and building safety regulations while delivering high-quality, cost-effective works that improve resident's homes. To be considered you will need: Strong asset management experience in housing Excellent procurement and contract management skills Technical understanding of building components and life cycle planning Knowledge of housing compliance and regulation Confident project leadership and data analysis skills This is a great opportunity to shape long-term investment and deliver meaningful improvements for residents.
