Key Tasks
* Promote safety and positive behaviour on-site
* Manage daily scheduling, driver allocation, and vehicle issues
* Handle customer queries and manage queues
* Oversee bus stands and secure gate areas
* Record passenger data and shift information accurately
* Support SPS values and teamwork across all operations
* Ensure compliance with company and safety standards
What You’ll Need
Essential
* Supervisory experience
* PCV/Cat D Licence
* Confident with IT
* Customer service or complaint-handling experience
* Flexible to work shifts (24/7 operation)
* Full driving licence
Desirable
* Management experience
* Knowledge of the transport sector
