Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of their established charitable elderly care providers in the search for a Clinical Home Manager for a medium-sized residential and nursing care home based in Glasgow.
This pivotal role will be accountable for the clinical leadership, development, and turnaround of a well-established service providing high-quality care in a warm, community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing strong clinical and operational leadership across the home
*
Overseeing the day-to-day running and strategic development of the service
*
Leading on improvement plans to elevate quality, safety, and outcomes
*
Ensuring full compliance with the Care Inspectorate regulatory framework
*
Managing, mentoring, and developing a high-performing nursing and care team
*
Embedding a positive, person-centred culture aligned with the provider’s values
*
Driving continuous improvement across quality, occupancy, and operational performance
To be considered for this role, you will need:
*
An active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN)
*
Proven experience as a Registered/Clinical Home Manager, ideally 3+ years
*
Demonstrable turnaround experience with a strong track record of improving regulatory outcomes
*
Strong leadership capability with a calm, credible, and motivational approach
*
Robust knowledge of Scottish care standards and Care Inspectorate processes
