Clapham Family Practice is a large, well-established, and supportive training practice based in the heart of Clapham, South London. We care for a diverse population of approximately 20,000 patients and pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within a collaborative and well-organised working environment.
We are looking for a Salaried GP to join our friendly multidisciplinary team for 6 sessions per week. This role would suit someone seeking a supportive practice with manageable team-based working, flexibility, and opportunities to develop clinical interests alongside core general practice.

About the Role The role includes a mixture of face‑to‑face, telephone, and online consultations, supported by a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Clinical responsibilities include:
Routine and urgent GP consultations
Management of acute and chronic conditions
Reviewing pathology, prescriptions, and clinical correspondence
Home visits when clinically required
Accurate clinical record keeping using EMIS Web
Working collaboratively within the wider practice team

About You We are looking for a GMC‑registered GP who:
Works well within a multidisciplinary team
Has strong communication and clinical skills
Values patient‑centred care and continuity
Is looking for a supportive and collaborative working environment
Experience with EMIS Web is desirable but not essential
