The Vacancy Join Inspire North as a Team Administrator! Ready to be the person who keeps everything ticking along smoothly? Do you love organisation, clarity and making things run behind the scenes? Take pride in keeping things accurate, up to date and running like clockwork? Enjoy helping others feel supported and making their day-to-day easier? Then this could be right up your street. At Inspire North, we support people and communities across the North, and behind every great service is a team that keeps things moving. We're now looking for a Team Administrator to join us - someone who brings structure, care and efficiency to everything they do. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in supporting our teams. From keeping systems up to date to helping colleagues stay organised, you'll make sure the everyday detail is taken care of so others can focus on delivering life-changing support. If you're proactive, organised and take pride in doing things properly (and kindly), we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be getting stuck into You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly day to day, providing reliable administrative support to the team. This will include maintaining accurate records and keeping internal systems (including INET) up to date, supporting basic finance processes such as invoices and petty cash, and helping manage rent and housing information. You'll also handle general office tasks like responding to emails, answering calls, managing post and preparing documents, while supporting the organisation of meetings, events and team activities. Alongside this, you'll help keep internal information current and support communications, all while handling personal data with care and in line with GDPR. What Makes You Our Kind of Person: You don't need to know everything on day one - we'll support your learning - but you'll thrive in this role if you: Build positive relationships while maintaining professionalism Communicate clearly and pay attention to detail Are organised, reliable and able to keep things on track Feel confident using systems and handling information carefully Show empathy and good people skills It's a bonus if you have experience in mental health, housing or similar settings. Why Join Us? At Inspire North, we know that when people feel supported, appreciated and encouraged to be themselves, they can do amazing things - and we want you to be part of that. Here's what you'll enjoy as part of our team: Flexible working options so you can balance life and work in a way that genuinely works for you. Hybrid working - enjoy the best of both worlds! 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days with service - because rest matters.
