Job Purpose: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive recruitment strategies for high-impact roles, shaping the future of our company by attracting top-tier talent across various functions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Understand hiring needs and plan workforce requirements.
* Source high-caliber professionals via direct approaches, headhunting, and digital methods.
* Create compelling job advertisements and promote employer branding.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and relationship management.
* Build and nurture a candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
* Conduct market research and talent mapping to stay ahead of trends.
* Provide recruitment analytics and reports to stakeholders.
* Continuously improve candidate experience and recruitment workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
* Proven ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in employer branding and candidate relationship management.
