Key Responsibilities
* Recruit learners for Apprenticeship programmes across a range of sectors.
* Work on recruitment projects to shape the overall Apprenticeship recruitment strategy.
* Represent Exeter College at promotional events.
* Engage with employers, providing outstanding customer service.
* Collaborate with the team to promote and deliver apprenticeship services.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Brilliant at customer service.
* Ability to talk to people at all levels.
* Supremely organised.
* Great team player.
* Experience in sales, recruitment or employer engagement (preferred).
