Working from our offices in Kirkby and Huyton, this is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a passion for delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. What Are We Looking For? Effective oral & written communication skills: with emphasis on negotiation, representing and preparing reviews, reports & correspondence. Ability to use IT Systems: Microsoft Office – proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Ability to prioritise own work, meet deadlines and targets, manage caseload, monitor and maintain own standards.
