Position Details
£1500 Joining Bonus for Night Shift Team Leaders — Apply Today.
We’re recruiting Night Shift Team Leaders — and for a limited time, we’re offering a £1500 Joining Bonus to external candidates joining our teams at Otterbourne Hill or St Giles View.
You’ll receive £750 in your first payroll after joining, and a further £750 once you pass probation, recognising both your commitment and your contribution to stable night-time leadership.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and coordinate the night care team
* Oversee personal and psychological care, ensuring consistency and compassion
* Support care planning and resident assessments
* Carry out clinical observations and refer appropriately to registered nurses
* Administer medication under a delegation model
* Supervise and coach team members through 1:1s and development planning
About You
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
* Experienced in supervising or leading staff in a residential or nursing home
* Calm, confident, and passionate about person-centred care
* Comfortable with medication administration and digital care systems
* Eager to build your career, including through funded CHaPs training
