Salary: up to £30,000 basic per annum plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota

Role Overview Service Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards
Monitor and manage service department performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
Maintain accurate records of service activities and prepare reports as required
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements Service Supervisor
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the automotive service industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using service management software
Full UK driving licence
