A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA/QC Engineer to join a well x2011;established and forward x2011;thinking manufacturing organisation.
This is a key role within the business, offering the chance to shape and strengthen quality processes while supporting continuous improvement across all operations. Youll play a vital part in maintaining high standards, driving root x2011;cause solutions, and ensuring products and processes meet the expectations of customers and industry standards. This position offers strong development potential within a supportive, quality x2011;focused environment.
Role and Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes in line with QMS and industry standards
* Monitor quality performance, resolve issues, and drive root x2011;cause corrective actions
* Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality requirements and compliance
* Conduct and support internal/external audits, quality control plans, and project quality gates
* Provide training, guidance, and continuous improvement support across the organisation
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Strong knowledge of ISO9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
* Experience in quality auditing, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use precision measurement tools
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Self x2011;motivated, solutions x2011;focused, and able to build effective stakeholder relationships
