We are seeking an experienced Steel Fitter to join the team on a short-term contract basis working for a steel contractor. Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire Rate: £27 an hour Start Date: Tuesday 24th February Contract Longevity: 2-3 weeks Parking: Available Key Responsibilities: Installation of purlins and side rails Working at height using access equipment Ensuring steelwork is installed safely and in line with drawings Assisting with general steel erection duties as required Requirements: Proven experience as a Steel Fitter Experience installing purlins and side rails IPAF 3a and 3b (Scissor and Boom) Able to work safely at height SDS Drill, Grinder and Impact Drill tools Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English across all levels Interested applicants are invited to apply by sending their most up-to-date CV.
