Main duties of the job

As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP),you will:Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseloadUse state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilitiesSupervise, support and develop junior members of the teamProvide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team settingCreate high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence basedHave ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training if not already trained

Youre registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Scrub and SFA roles within a Theatre environment, youre a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.Experience in anaesthetics and recovery is desirable but not essentialAs a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will:

Qualifications
