What You'll Be Doing:
1. Collaborating closely with colleagues to deliver best-in-class customer service
2. Managing the sales cycle from prospecting and proposal through to order
3. Identifying key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions
4. Supporting the Internal Sales Manager with regional insights and strategies to increase revenue and profitability
5. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
6. Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
7. Supporting and promoting the company’s Green Journey and commitment to sustainability

8. Experienced in sales (compressed air knowledge is a bonus, but not essential)
9. A positive “can do” team player with strong communication skills
10. Confident engaging with customers, especially in virtual environments
11. Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a results-focused mindset
12. Creative and proactive in problem-solving and identifying business opportunities
