Role Overview
A thriving and busy corporate commercial team with an impressive client base is looking to appoint an ambitious Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly rated team in Northampton. You will manage a strong pipeline of high‑quality work with the support of experienced partners committed to development. This role offers the opportunity to influence and mentor junior team members and takes responsibility for a diverse range of corporate and commercial work, including demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts, and corporate governance issues.
Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years PQE handling a caseload of corporate commercial matters. Experience in building long‑term client relationships, delivering exceptional service, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to team development. In addition to fee earning, expected to drive team growth through networking and business‑development activities.
