Most volunteers in our shop do one 3 hour shift a week when it suits them - we're flexible!

Location: Bristol

Details of Role:

This is a customer-focussed role where you will meet and interact with a wide range of people, handling cash, completing sales with an eye for detail, and answering phones if you are comfortable to. Full training is provided, and there will be lots of support around you from the shop team.

Typical tasks include:

1. Engaging with customers and serving them in a helpful and friendly way
2. Answering questions from customers, donors, and supporters
3. Communicating with fellow volunteers about what has sold and needs re-stocking
4. Honing your retail and cashier skills behind the till and taking payments
5. Helping with administration and reception duties around the till area
6. Promoting Gift Aid and sales campaigns
