About the Role:
As a Hearcare Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, supporting them with a range of administrative tasks while ensuring a seamless experience at every step. You will assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling inquiries, and ensuring the efficient running of the Hearcare department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing appointment schedules and ensuring smooth patient flow
* Answering patient queries via phone and email
* Updating and maintaining patient records with accuracy
* Ensuring all necessary documentation and records are completed in a timely manner
* Supporting the Hearcare team with administrative duties
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks
* Experience in an administrative role (preferably in a healthcare or retail environment)
* A proactive and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
