Clinical Assessor - Reading - Part time hours available & Homeworking
Clinical Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists
Hybrid roles available across England. Full‑time positions available.
* Salary:
o PIP – £45,300 starting salary with £1,000 increases after 6 and 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme
o WCA – £48,000 starting salary + £1,000 increase at 12 months + Excellent Bonus Scheme
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

* Responsibilities:
o Conduct assessments of claimants' health and/or work capabilities via phone and face‑to‑face assessments.
o Review medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities.
o Compile detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
* Example Tasks:
o Interview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
o Review medical records and write comprehensive reports.
o Provide recommendations based on thorough assessments.
* Training Program:
o 12‑week comprehensive training covering assessment techniques, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
* Who We Need:
o Registered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General)
o Occupational Therapists (Adult‑focused)
o Paramedics (Adult‑focused)
o Physiotherapists (Adult‑focused)
o Pharmacists (Adult‑focused)
* Requirements:
o Minimum of 1‑year post‑registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting.
o Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
o Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report‑writing, and excellent IT skills are essential.
