About the Role
Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. On top of the base salary, there is an achievable On Target Earnings (OTE) of £45,000.
As a Sales Executive you will be the key point of contact for customers during the car buying experience, ensuring excellent service from first contact to sale.
Flexible working patterns, typically including weekends, will be required to provide the highest level of customer service.
You may be asked to attend an assessment centre; successful candidates will receive details once the role is closed.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
• Deliver first‑class customer experiences and ensure service is consistent, accurate, and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of product and pricing across a range of vehicle brands.
• Apply sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a customer‑service or sales background, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A full and valid UK driving licence is a benefit.
