Location: Hemlock Stone School. Salary:Up to 25,000.00 per annum depending experience (Not pro rata)

At Hemlock Stone School, part of Options Autism, were looking for a reliable, proactive Administrator to be the backbone of our specialist SEN school.
Youll ensure our school runs smoothly every day, helping staff, pupils, and leadership focus on what really matters delivering a high-quality, inclusive education. Every action you take helps create a safe, welcoming, and effective learning environment.
This is more than an admin role its a chance to make a real impact every day by keeping our school running efficiently, helping staff and pupils thrive, and contributing to a warm, inclusive environment.
Providing efficient, confidential, and professional administrative support to staff and school leadership
Maintaining accurate, secure pupil records and documentation
Managing day-to-day operations and responding to urgent or unexpected requests with ease
Supporting budget monitoring and helping ensure resources are used effectively
Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
Promoting the school as a professional, inclusive, and valued part of the community
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Proven experience in administration, ideally in an educational or SEN setting

Our New Options Autism School Hemlock Stone School in Stapleford, Nottinghamshire.The school will have capacity for 66pupils and is due to open March 2026 and will cater for pupilswho have ASC and Complex Needs.
