We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant with a passion for AV and collaboration technology to join our expanding team. This role is all about working as a specialist overlay with our account managers to uncover opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance the way organisations connect and work together. The Role Work with our account management teams to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within AV & Collaboration across a diverse range of sectors. Build strong, consultative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions. Work closely with account managers, technical specialists, and project teams to create compelling proposals and drive opportunities from initial contact through to successful closure. Deliver engaging client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of TIEVA’s solutions. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by managing a healthy pipeline and converting opportunities with Account Managers. Stay ahead of the market by keeping up to date with AV and collaboration trends, ensuring clients benefit from the latest innovations. Represent TIEVA at industry events, networking opportunities, and vendor sessions to raise awareness and drive growth. The Candidate Proven track record in consultative sales, ideally within AV, UC, or collaboration solutions. Strong business development skills, with experience in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. Ability to build long-term client relationships and position yourself as a trusted partner. Skilled in negotiation, solution selling, and closing business. Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and running solution workshops. Self-motivated, target and results driven. Collaborate with our Account Managers to deliver the best outcomes for every customer. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
