Location: Altens, Aberdeen
The Geozone FP&A Controller supports the leadership team in daily business management, providing analysis and strategic support in operational, financial, and strategic matters.

Role & Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
* Prioritize safety and service quality in all business activities.
* Maintain high standards of corporate governance, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and industry practices.
Process Excellence
* Support the Geozone Controller and leadership team with financial analysis and business partnering.
* Review and consolidate financial reports and prepare monthly corporate finance review presentations.
* Coordinate and direct Geozone activities including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.
* Implement new finance processes, strategic plans, and projects within Geozones.
* Provide feedback to Corporate and create financial models to track KPIs and project performance.
* Monitor daily business operations and alert leadership to risks or issues.
* Review underperforming product lines and regions.
* Facilitate communication between Corporate/Leadership and Geozones finance teams.
* Assist in finance team development and training.
* Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
* Conduct ad hoc analyses and root cause investigations.

Skills & Knowledge
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills at strategic and operational levels.
* Experience in financial reporting and analysis, with technical proficiency in ERP systems such as JD Edwards and HFM preferred.
* High integrity, work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
* Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
Education & Experience
* BA or BS in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience.
