Job Overview
Atrium Global is supporting our client, a leading global technology company, in their search for a Community Engagement Programme Manager to join the Accessibility and Engagement Team. This role focuses on enhancing the experience of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) across EMEA and APAC by coordinating heritage month programming, improving internal processes, and driving meaningful community engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and organised programme or project manager with a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, a background in event delivery, and experience working across complex, international environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Facilitate meetings and regular touchpoints with Employee Resource Group leaders across EMEA & APAC.
* Project manage heritage month programming, from concept to delivery, ensuring collaboration and impactful execution.
* Create and manage presentations, documents, and communications to support heritage month activities.
* Provide event management and communications support for key programmes and launches.
* Collaborate with engagement managers and cross-functional partners to optimise processes and policies.
* Oversee key ERG processes including leader recruitment, event planning, and budget management.
* Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify administrative workflows.
* Measure and report on the quantitative and qualitative impact of ERG initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5–7 years’ experience in programme or project management.
* Background in human resources, employee engagement, or a related field.
* Proven experience supporting employee or resource groups to deliver events and communications.
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient with Google Suite and adept at managing administrative processes.
