We’re looking for a Head Chef who:
7. Can lead, motivate and develop a small kitchen team

Has solid knowledge of all back of house procedures, including: HACCP & food safety Stock control & ordering Kitchen organisation Health & safety compliance Prep systems & service standards Thrives in a fast-paced café and events environment Brings energy, positivity and professionalism every day
