Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation, and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - Responsible to the Maintenance Co-ordinator Building, the role will involve assisting with the ongoing building maintenance requirements on campus. - ABOUT YOU - -Good standard of numeracy and literacy, as evidenced by your level of work experience or a relevant qualification. - Significant relevant work experience as a maintenance operative/labourer or in a similar role, including in large, occupied building complexes. - You will be able to evidence an ability to work safely, adhering to appropriate health and safety regulations, together with a good understanding of health and safety issues in relation to maintenance support duties, and have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
