Job Title: 1st Line / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (6-month FTC)
Location: West Sussex (office-based with some flexibility)
Salary: £32,000–£35,000 pro-rata
Fixed-Term Contract: 6-month fixed-term, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent
The Opportunity
We're looking for a 1st Line / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, busy team and keep day-to-day IT running smoothly. This is a practical, hands-on role with real variety. Tasks include supporting users, managing kit, and helping set up temporary site offices through the year.

The Role
You'll cover a blend of 1st/2nd line support and on-site IT operations, working independently day to day and escalating when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling daily support tickets across hardware, software and user queries.
2. Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating to vendors or parent company support where appropriate.
3. Building and configuring Windows laptops using an approved image.
4. Managing Android smartphones via MDM.
