Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 DOE
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role
As Team Leader, you'll provide strong leadership and operational oversight across a portfolio of supported living services. You'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care, staff development, and service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and supporting teams across multiple locations
* Overseeing care plans and maintaining compliance with CQC standards
* Coaching, mentoring, and developing staff
* Liaising with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
* Driving service improvements and promoting a culture of excellence
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of leadership ability, compassion, and operational expertise. You'll have:
* A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
* Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
* Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outstanding care standards
* A passion for empowering others and promoting independence
