Are you a passionate, experienced leader committed to delivering outstanding care for children and young people? We're seeking a Registered Manager to head up our warm, nurturing 2-bed residential service in Barnsley.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager who is:
* Motivational, supportive, and confident mentoring a team
* Able to create a safe, family-focused, therapeutic environment
* Skilled at overseeing the full operation of the home with support from senior leadership and our in-house psychology team
Your focus: ensuring each young person thrives in a stable, high-quality, nurturing home.

What We're Looking For
* Level 4 CYP Practitioner (or Level 3 Residential Childcare with willingness to progress)
* 2+ years' experience in children's residential care
* 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience
* Strong safeguarding knowledge & safer recruitment awareness
* Confident communicator and positive role model
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Level 5 Leadership & Management / SCQF Level 10
* Knowledge of therapeutic parenting
