The Role:
A Senior Mechanical Coordinator is required to lead the coordination of mechanical systems across residential and commercial projects throughout Louth, Meath, Dublin, and Wicklow. Based in the Newry office, this role involves regular site visits and close collaboration with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure all design and installation standards are met.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead mechanical coordination from preconstruction through to handover.
2. Chair coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
3. Act as the primary liaison between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Report on project progress to senior management and board level.
5. Support and mentor junior coordinators to strengthen team capability.
6. Enhance internal workflows, documentation, and pre-site setup processes.
