£14.00 per hour
HOURS:
44 hrs per week
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors by monitoring and enforcing security measures and responding to incidents or emergencies promptly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Control of access and egress of the site by managing access control system
* Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities
* Perform routine patrols of the property to identify hazards or security vulnerabilities.
* Providing a high level of customer service.
* Responding to security incidents & issues.
SKILLS:
* You have at least one year of security experience.
* You are capable of dealing with a variety of situations and are very customer service-focused.
* You are able to communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English.
* You have good organisational and record-keeping skills.
* You are IT literate and able to use Smartphone and Microsoft Office applications.
* You are well-presented at all times.
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
* You must have a current SIA Security or Door Supervisor Licence for this role.
* Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate is desirable.
